Hello, I'm Anahita.
For years, I have been on a path of self-discovery, inner rebuilding, and gaining a deeper understanding of the human mind. This journey has not been just a professional interest for me; it has grown out of personal experiences, real challenges, and deep inner work.In my thirties, being diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood was a significant and liberating turning point for me. It helped me make sense of many patterns, burnouts, and pressures I had been living with for years, and deepened my understanding of the mind, behavior, and human experience. After immigrating to Canada, I decided to more intentionally step into a path that has always mattered to me: working with people, the mind, and the process of transformation. Today, as a coach, I support those who want to meet themselves with greater clarity, deeper honesty, and more conscious choices—without judgment, without prescribing solutions, and with respect for each person’s unique path.My training includes academic studies in psychology, professional coaching training, and specialized education in working with adults, adult ADHD, and the impact of difficult life experiences on the mind and behavior.
What I do
In coaching, the focus is not on finding ready-made answers, but on seeing yourself, your patterns, and your choices more clearly. Often, what makes us tired, confused, or stuck is not just one simple problem or one clear answer. The mind, body, past experiences, and life pressures are interconnected and affect one another. In coaching sessions, we try to look more closely at what is happening, considering your way of thinking, inner reactions, past experiences, and the path you have taken so far. Through precise and thoughtful questions, I help you see your thought patterns, recurring behaviors, and areas that may have gone unnoticed for years more clearly. This is a two-way collaboration; I walk beside you, not ahead of you.
The goal of this process is not diagnosis or treatment. The goal is to reach greater clarity, deeper self-understanding, and a path that fits the reality of your life, not just the expectations of others.
Who is this process helpful for?
For those who:
Feel tired, confused, or not good enough despite putting in a lot of effort.
Feel they don’t fit into common frameworks or expectations.
Notice a frustrating gap between their true potential and what they experience in practice.
Want to build a more honest and less judgmental relationship with themselves.
Have been dealing with recurring patterns, burnout, or a sense of loneliness for years.
Are ready to look at themselves more honestly and make more conscious choices.
UnDo Me
Why did I choose this name?
Throughout life, we gradually hide within layers of roles, expectations, and beliefs that are not always our own.
Part of this process is natural. Living within family, society, and relationships always involves a degree of adaptation.
But sometimes these layers become so many and so heavy that we slowly lose touch with who we were beneath them.
Getting to know ourselves is not always about adding something new. Sometimes it is more about letting go, removing what is not ours, and becoming lighter.
Undo, for me, is not about going back.
It is an invitation to see what has been hidden beneath years of pressure, judgment, and unwanted roles.A peeling back of the self
This simple yet profound question: Who am I, really?
How much do I truly know about myself, my life, and what is happening within me?
ADHD+Trauma
When your story is more complex than a simple explanation
You may have been telling yourself for years:
“Why can’t I do it?”
“Why is it easier for others?”
“Why am I still exhausted despite all this effort?”You may have heard many times:
“Try harder”
“It’s just an excuse”
“Everyone has this problem”And maybe now you’re beginning to see that it hasn’t just been about laziness, disorganization, or lack of willpower.
It may be ADHD, difficult past experiences, or a combination of both—and this is where things become more complex.Because ADHD and trauma can sometimes look similar, yet have different roots.Restlessness may come from ADHD, or from a nervous system that has been in a constant state of alert.Difficulty focusing may be related to how your brain works, or to a mind that is continuously trying to protect you.Quick reactions may be impulsive, or they may be learned protective responses shaped over years. And at times, unrecognized ADHD itself can lead to years of pressure, frustration, shame, and burnout. This is why simple explanations are often not enough—what’s needed is a perspective that can hold both.ADHD is not a flaw or a defect; it is a different pattern of how the brain functions. And difficult past experiences are not something that can simply be forgotten. They are part of your story and shape how your mind, body, and nervous system respond. My goal is not diagnosis or treatment. The goal is to reach a clearer understanding of yourself—
to see patterns that may have been hidden for years, and to find a way that aligns with the reality of your life, not just the expectations of others.
This path is for those who
Feel that simple explanations don’t match their lived experience.
Despite putting in a lot of effort, still don’t feel they are enough.
Are tired of burnout, mental overwhelm, and the constant inner struggle.
Want to meet themselves with more clarity, honesty, and self-compassion.
If these words feel familiar, it may be time to look at your story from a different perspective.
